Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using the carbon-credits.world website and any related services (including but not limited to the CO₂ Token Airdrop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent/guardian.
• You must own a blockchain wallet compatible with the CO₂ Token standard BEP-20/ BNB.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.

3. Airdrop Policy

• CO₂ Tokens are distributed for free as part of a community incentive program.
• Each eligible wallet address may receive a maximum of one (1) allocation per month.
• Token distribution occurs between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
• We reserve the right to change the token amount, schedule, or terminate the program without prior notice.

4. Token Usage & Risk Disclosure

• CO₂ Tokens are not securities, shares, or investment products, and do not entitle holders to any      ownership or profit-sharing rights.
• The value of CO₂ Tokens may fluctuate significantly, including the possibility of losing all value.
• You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with holding or transacting CO₂ Tokens.
• We do not guarantee liquidity, price stability, or future value of the token.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or wallets to fraudulently claim Airdrops.
• Use the CO₂ Token or related services for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Impersonate another person or submit false information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, carbon-credits.worldand its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use CO₂ Tokens or related services.
• Any unauthorized access, hacking, or theft of your digital assets.
• Market volatility, liquidity issues, or loss of value of the CO₂ Token.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
